Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 17, 2026
Nautical Bowls Automation is operated by Bagaasen Bowls LLC for authorized business use supporting our Nautical Bowls stores in Cary and Durham, North Carolina. This policy covers our automation tools.
Information accessed and used
Depending on the tool and permissions granted, our tools access business emails and attachments in Gmail, files in Google Drive, and records in Google Sheets. This information may include names, contact information, messages, voicemail recordings, transcripts, and operational records.
We use this information to process business communications, transcribe and summarize voicemails, organize files, prepare reports, and manage communication queues and logs. Tools may create or update Drive files and spreadsheet records as part of these functions.
Google authorization
Access is granted through Google’s authorization process. We do not collect Google account passwords. Authorization tokens are stored on computers running the tools and allow continued access until they expire or are revoked.
Storage and service providers
Business records and generated results are stored in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and local working files or backups, depending on the workflow. Access is limited to the owner and authorized personnel who need it for business purposes.
The voicemail workflow sends recordings to OpenAI’s API for transcription and transcripts for analysis and summaries. These materials may contain caller information. Processing is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and data policies.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting. Google user data is not used to develop or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained as needed for business operations, troubleshooting, backups, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Authorized users may request deletion by contacting us. Deletion from active records does not necessarily remove copies immediately from backups or records subject to retention requirements.
Revoking access
You can revoke authorization through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete previously stored records.
Google API data use
Nautical Bowls Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:
https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our data practices change and obtain additional consent when required.
